With over 27 years of rich experience in talent management and executive search in various sectors /industries – Retail, Financial Services, FMCG, in India and the GCC, her area of expertise lies in strategic talent management solutions and executive search.

Ruth is an Industry Leading Executive Search & Contingency Based Recruitment Specialist, whose 27 years of consulting experience in the Indian and Middle East markets has culminated in her present role where she heads Talent Management for Daksada.

 

 

As Associate Director of the People Practice at Daksada, Leon can support and deliver complete employee life cycle processes including HR Strategy and HR Department Set-up; Organization Design; Establishing a High Performance Culture; Compensation & Benefits and Reward/Recognition; Performance Management; HR Policies & Procedures; Career & Succession Planning; Talent Acquisition & Management; L&D strategy; Competency Frameworks; Employee Engagement & Retention; and Coaching & Mentoring of the HR team.

As the Associate Director of the Talent Management practice at Daksada, Ruth has initiated processes that are both client and candidate centric. These processes refine the search exercise, thus enabling her team and her to identify the right person for the right job. Some of the initiatives undertaken are competency mapping, stringent interview processes, reviews and evaluation processes, counselling of potential candidates and onboarding, in order to make the experience fruitful to both the client and the candidate.

Ruth holds graduate and post graduate degrees with honours in Psychology.Ruth also has a number of professional certifications including in counselling.
